Where can I download OfficeFlow Desktop 4.5.1 English Edition?

Use only the OfficeFlow Global download page. The current installer is clearly labelled Early Access and is isolated from the mainland edition.

What should I verify before installation?

Match the exact file name, version, file size, and SHA-256 on the Global download page. The current embedded signer is self-signed, so Windows may show Unknown Publisher or a SmartScreen warning.

How long does the Professional Annual license last?

The standard offer lasts 365 days from first successful activation on one active Windows device. Activation must occur within 30 calendar days after delivery, and renewal is not automatic.

How do I request a refund?

For an eligible first-time software license purchase, send a written request identifying the order within 14 calendar days after delivery. The complete accepted quote and Terms of Sale control.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your OfficeFlow version, request type, Windows and Excel versions, exact error text, a short description, and an order reference only when relevant. Do not send passwords, card data, license codes, or business files.
