Global Terms of Sale
Seller and customers
SingularityPulse Group Limited, Room 12, 6/F, The Cloud, 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong, is the seller. The limited Global launch is intended for customers purchasing primarily for business use.
Order formation and price
The website is informational and is not an offer. A transaction is formed only when the customer accepts a complete written quote and the seller confirms the order. The quote states the product, total USD price, taxes, license term, device limit, included updates and support, delivery target, refund rule, payment provider, and incorporated document versions.
Do not pay from a chat message or payment request that omits the seller identity or conflicts with the accepted quote.
License and renewal
The standard offer grants one customer a limited, non-transferable OfficeFlow Professional Annual license for one active Windows device for 365 days from first successful activation. Activation must occur within 30 calendar days after delivery. Renewal is not automatic.
The active term includes OfficeFlow Desktop 4.x maintenance and compatibility updates described in the accepted quote. A new major edition or separately scoped custom work is not included unless the quote states otherwise.
Delivery and activation
After cleared payment and while the production release gate is open, delivery is targeted within one business day. Delivery includes the signed installer link, published SHA-256, activation instructions, and order confirmation. If delivery cannot occur within the promised time, the seller will notify the customer in writing and provide the available cancellation or revised-delivery options.
Support
Written support is provided during the active term for installation, activation, licensing, supported product use, and updates. Initial response is targeted within two Hong Kong business days and is not an SLA. Support excludes 24/7 coverage, custom development, unsupported Office applications, and access to customer business files unless separately agreed in writing.
Refund
For a customer's first OfficeFlow software license purchase, the customer may request a full refund of the software-license price within 14 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason. The written request must identify the order. After verifying an eligible request, the seller will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days and deactivate or revoke the license. Provider posting time may vary.
Separately accepted custom work is outside this software-license refund. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. The complete rule in the accepted quote controls.
Open legal terms
Final warranty, liability, intellectual-property, termination, governing-law, dispute, export, sanctions, tax, privacy, and cross-border data provisions remain subject to qualified legal and accounting review and must be included before live payment.
