Local product use
OfficeFlow is designed to run supported workflows on the customer's Windows computer. The Global website and service center do not automatically receive customer workbooks, workbook contents, file names, file paths, task history, screenshots, or business documents.
Customer-initiated contact
When you request a quote or contact support, we process the contact details, company or order references, request text, selected options, and operational metadata needed to respond and administer the request. The quote form on this site prepares a WhatsApp message locally in the browser; information is sent to WhatsApp only when you choose to continue through that service.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, license codes, unrelated personal information, or business files through WhatsApp or any future public support form.
Licensing, delivery, and updates
The separate Global licensing environment may process license identifiers, product version, license status, limited device-bound public-key information, request timestamps, and operational diagnostics needed to activate, renew, prevent replay, and deliver updates. The final production notice will identify the exact providers, retention periods, cross-border transfers, and request rights.
Retention and service providers
Quote, order, licensing, support, and operational records will be retained only for defined business, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. Before live sales, the final notice must identify the approved Global service providers, retention periods, and any cross-border transfer safeguards.
